Goleta Water District
Ladies and Gentlemen:
I have had the pleasure of working with CIO Solutions for more than two years
now, and I would like to take a moment to express my satisfaction with CIO's
products and service, which I feel are exemplary.
Over the past three years, Goleta Water District has enjoyed a highly
productive and very satisfying relationship with CIO Solutions. In
developing, implementing, and supporting effective solutions to the District's
computing problems, CIO's relationship with the District has grown from one of
service provider to virtual business partner.
CIO designed, supplied and installed the District's first Local Area Network,
which consisted of one file server serving fewer than 15 clients with little
more than e-mail and file sharing. In the space of about about three
years, the system has grown to include two LANs in a small Wide Area Network,
which serves over 30 clients at two locations. The WAN has completely
replaced the District's IBM AS/400 midrange computer while increasing the
District's computing power exponentially. The systems continue to grow and
improve, and CIO has guided the District every step of the way.
Not only has CIO Solutions provided superior products and excellent
technical, administrative and maintenance support' your engineers remain at the
forefront of technology change. CIO's engineering consultants, together
with your highly commendable support staff, have worked diligently and
successfully to insure that the District's computer systems are continually kept
up to speed and operating at peak performance.
Because CIO has consistently provided a high level of superior service, I
