Your customer service is the best we have ever experienced with an IT company. We really appreciate that someone is always there to answer our questions and resolve the problems immediately.
I just wanted to let you know that while everybody there has been extremely helpful, Jeff has gone above and beyond in his customer service with us. We recently changed phone companies and they have been having difficulties programming our remote IP phones. After a few days, they called Jeff for help and he got them working immediately. He also delivered one of the phones to one of our employees in Westlake on his own time which was so helpful! This is just one example, of many, where Jeff has gone above and beyond for us.
