I’m a father, author (Spirit of Orn and Tall Men and Other Tales, to name a few.) and amateur guitar player. I work hard, play harder (by reading books, mostly).

The island of Hokkaido, in the Japanese archipelago.

How did you first learn about CIO Solutions?
I was setting up at Reality Carpinteria’s Vacation Bible School and happened to meet Greg Goulart, our on-boarding engineer. He introduced me to Mike Shinn and an ancient VM Host. The rest is history…
Before working at CIO Solutions, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I was a fishmonger.
What is the one food you cannot resist?
Salt and vinegar potato chips.
What could you give a 30-minute presentation about with no advance preparation?
The meditation and preoccupation with fascism and fascist imagery in the Studio Ghibli film catalog.
What is your proudest moment at CIO Solutions?
Every day is my proudest moment. I work for the best boss and company in the world.
Which one would you want most – flying cars, robot housekeepers, or moon cities?
Moon cities, because it would mean that we were one step closer to Warp factor technology.
