- This team is designed to manage standard support requests
- These requests typically have quick resolutions and require standard troubleshooting
- Some examples include: password resets, email issue, account locked, printer not working
DEDICATED CLIENT TEAMS
- For requests that require more in-depth, complex familiarity with your unique IT environment, we have our Dedicated Client Teams (DCTs)
- Each CIO Solutions client is assigned to one of our 3 DCTs
- These teams include: a supervisor, a technical lead, field technicians, a team of engineers, and an account manager
