3:45 PM 6/4/2020 CIO Private Cloud is currently experiencing a system-wide outage. 

4:41 PM 6/4/2020 CIO Private Cloud is experiencing an extended outage. Phone support is presently included in this outage. 

6:12 PM 6/4/2020 CIO Cloud and Email are still in an extended outage. There is an issue with multiple servers responsible for authentication into CIO hosted services.  Our engineers are currently working on restoring services and we will be updating throughout the night

12:00 AM 6/5/2020 CIO engineers are hard at work restoring all Cloud services. Hosted Exchange services are back online and email is now flowing. Email had to be restored from 10PM Wednesday. Email from after 4PM on 6/4/2020 was spooled and will be time stamped around 11PM.
